How do I request a scope change?
To request a scope change, you will need to create a revised budget sheet that includes the original line items and amounts but adds a new column with the proposed changes. The total amount spend cannot exceed the initial total approved. That document should be saved as "SCG Scope Change_Project Name" and submitted via email to shane.tedder@uky.edu along with a brief written justification.
