Arbor Day

Join The Arboretum, State Botanical Garden of Kentucky for our 35th Arbor Day celebration!

"Come join us for a fun and educational day for the entire family, including free admission to the Kentucky Children’s Garden. All day, we will have tree and nature-themed crafts and activities in the Kentucky Children’s Garden. 

At 10am, we will host the Arbor Day proclamation for the city of Lexington, and don’t miss assisting our staff in planting the Arbor Day Tree at 11am. We will also be joined by many of our UK and community partners and exhibitors throughout the day, many of whom will have hands-on creative and nature based experiences to share with you."
