In 2015, the United Nations highlighted 17 sustainable development goals. These goals are a way to realistically achieve all aspects of sustainability. The UN describes them as a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. The goals can be found on the UN website.
This video series uses the UN Sustainable Development Goals to look at how UK is achieving every aspect of sustainability. Created by sustainability intern, Hannah Phillips, these videos highlight the people and initiatives that are advancing sustainability at the University of Kentucky.
